We Lead & We Serve

In the Kingdom of God, leadership doesn’t look like the world’s version of power, it looks like serving. In Week 4 of This Changes Everything, we introduced two more values: Kingdom Living and Servant Leadership. True leadership is not about titles or positions but about humbly serving others in love, growing together into maturity, and multiplying disciples. When each part of the body does its work, the whole church builds itself up in love. This is how God’s Kingdom advances, not through status or success, but through faithfulness and service.
