God is generous and so he calls us to be as well. What we do with what God has blessed us, shows the world where our hearts are and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God in every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.

Jessamine Christian Church has sought to motivate people to give, looking to the Bible for support. In the late 19th century, people had come to see giving as a biblical mandate, a spiritual matter, and an act of worship. Therefore, it made sense to incorporate the collection of offerings into Sunday morning worship alongside preaching, singing, and prayer.”
We continue this tradition while encouraging people to use the method of giving most suitable for their family.

Mail A Check
Some of our members, who are unable to attend on Sunday, use the postal service to present their tithes and offerings to the Lord. Gifts received by mail are included in the next Sunday's offering count.
